When a soft market for teachers greeted her upon college graduation, Aileen took a position with the National Council of Teachers of English in the marketing and communications department. This career detour became a chosen path, leading to work serving Kemper Financial and Care Communications Healthcare Consulting in a similar capacity. Aileen joined The Ritterbusch Group in 2004. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE).
